Hello Everyone,
I am new to the site. I have spent lots of time trying to find a site that was user friendly and I stumbled across this one this morning. It seems to be a perfect match for me.
I have been manually writing my food journal and trying to keep up with logging the daily activities and I must admit I have not been very consistant. My physician wants a food journal every two weeks so I think this will be an awesome tool for me.
Not being very technical I stumbled through the setup but was unable to start logging my intake. I guess I will have to wait the 24hours for the Advertisements to drop off.? Any help on knowing how to navigate would be great.
I am so excited to be loosing weight. I have lost 10 lbs this last month. I have been completely unsuccessful for the past 5 years in getting the additional 50 pounds I put on while taking a 7 month round of prednisone. I put 50 lbs on in a matter of 4-6 weeks 5 years ago and it just wants to stick around. I am determined to loose 50lbs by my 50th birthday!
If you have any suggestions for how to use this site for maximum results I would appreciate any feedback.
