    As always, syzygy, thanks for the words of encouragement! I really do think that the ability to dig deep into your daily nutrition is what sets FoodsDatabase apart from the rest of the sites out there.  And, it just got a whole lot better...you couldn't have posted a better lead-in for ''announcing a new feature'' message at a better ...

    wow - i love it   that will be great help.  i thought my cereal was great (shreaded wheat) but it has a low fnr.  gotta work on that.  one of the things i love about your site, louis, is the nutrition info.  i love being able to look at the end of the day and see which vitamins i'm lacking.  although, i eat so many ...
